do you see him mention fighting terrorism?

or do you see him discussing internal affairs?

he's referencing the man Personally endorsed by GW Bush..

LONDON – Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Washington's closest ally in Afghanistan, toughened his tone Friday with this harsh message for the Afghan leadership: Clean up your act — for real this time — or risk a cutoff of support.

In what 10 Downing Street billed as a major speech, Brown reflected public outrage over troop casualties by threatening to pull back support — and perhaps even additional troops — unless Afghan President Hamid Karzai cracked down on corruption. It was his first challenge since the Afghan leader was declared the winner of an election deeply marred by charges of fraud and ballot-rigging.

What’s your point here Bud? Is it just another chance to bash Bush, or maybe the war in Afghanistan? Do you not think that a dysfunctional government hampers the action we are taking in Afghanistan? There was no real government there prior to our actions. The nation was being dictated by the Taliban. Are you even aware of the reason or incident that caused these words from the Prime Minister? Sometimes you say things that just make me scratch my head and wonder where you really stand.

He was also at that time the man to endorse. He did fight the Taliban and Al-Queda. Mow it appears he has Obamas diesease and wants to trample a way of life, a legal constitution and is power mad. Hamid Obama we'll nickname him.

? Will you advocate the Afghani people just voting for Ralph Nader in the next election?

Once again Americans taking credit for what happens in another country and pretending to know EXACTLY what happens there everyday and WHO America chooses to run that country..

just how many americans die for this seems to be of little concern.

couple years from now it'll be well known of the families getting wealthy trafficking in the drug market and where the protection came from...

WE...the United States of America stood proud and helped install that protection.

We have become the police force to protect them from each other,
while you die hard republicans pretend it's a solid defense for us against terrorism.

once again take note the words strongly issued by our Closest and Strongest ally and he never used the word "terrorism"..

he's had enough and he's openly stating it.

keep in mind his nation has been rocked by terrorist attacks..

he's finally realized that
civil internal wars and terrorism on the global stage are 2 different fights.

i'll also remind you THIS country also had a "CIVIL WAR" among it's own people..

you would NEVER have tolerated another nation invading your borders then.
yet today, you have given yourselves the right to do EXACTLY that.

on one hand you all seem to remember history when it fits your arguments, yet when you see the REAL picture your eyelids grow heavy and you're rendered completely blind.

fighting terrorist activities is a wonderful thing and i support such activities 100%

let the afghans fight each other...and the iraquis...and those in columbia....
and....and....and....

carry on..

It's a world we all have to live in. Along your lines Bud how about if our fathers had said "It's a war in Europe let them handled it" or "It's just a bunch of Asians fighting each other, we don't need to get involved". But hey, maybe your right. We don't need to police the world, we don't need to worry about other countries housing or raising terrorist, after all it's not like they are ever going to do anything to Americans much less do anything on American soil. Yeap, let's just ignor everything and stay within our own borders and we'll never have a thing to worry about. If you buy all that, Bud, then I have some nice mountain side retirement property in southren Florida I could sell you real cheap.

In some ways I agree with Bud on this. But the ole cowboys and indians don't hunt. Alot of the indians did just like Africa did. They sold the land just like the chiefs sold the slaves. ( Which I still don't understand why it is proud to be " AFRICAN AMERICAN" since it was Africa that sold them )

But I wished America would worry about its own before going to another country and trying to tell them they are wrong. Yes terrorist need to be prepared for, without a shadow of a doubt. But just being over there is not making them want us dead any less. If America and the military really wanted to stop terrorist then they would. Ask Japan about that. But as long as we try and be buddies with everyone we will not win.
